  • Shipping Policy

    Shipping Policy


    We appreciate your patronage and purchases at the Fly Shop in Reading. The guidelines that make up our shipping policy are listed below.


    Every order is handled within two to three business days. On weekends and major holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments can be a few days late if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. Please give extra time for delivery or transit. We will call or email you if there is a major delay in the delivery of your order.


    Upon receiving your tracking number for your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (s). Within 24 hours, the tracking number will become operational.

  • Return and Refund Policy

    Return and Refund Policy


    We offer a 30-day return policy, on any item that has not been worn or used. We will exchange the item or offer a store credit.  Waders and wading boots, if defective, must be sent back to the manufacturer. Most rods come with a lifetime warranty, however, we are always happy to try to complete a repair inhouse.


    Reading's Fly Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
